Question 1

How does Actify manage my data?

Accepted Answer

Your profile data is end-to-end encrypted and only accessible on your device. For additional security, passwords and sensitive credentials are securely stored using Google Cloud Key Management. Your data is never used to train models.

Question 2

What's included in the Pro plan?

Accepted Answer

Pro is $99.99/month billed monthly, or $69.99/month billed quarterly. It includes unlimited applications, unlimited searches, Loop Mode, up to 3 parallel agents, Resume and CV Tailor, Scheduling, Analytics, Company Groups, the Chrome Extension, and the mobile app. You can also try Actify for free with a small number of test credits before subscribing.

Question 3

How does Actify actually apply to jobs for me?

Accepted Answer

Actify is a real autonomous AI agent, not a form-filler. It opens real browsers, navigates job boards, tailors your resume per role, fills out applications, solves CAPTCHAs, logs into accounts, retrieves OTP codes from your email and iMessage, and submits — all without supervision, on macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Question 4

Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and quarterly billing, or cancel at any time directly from your website dashboard, where you can also view and download your invoices.

Question 5

Do you offer a student discount?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Students get an automatic discount when they sign up with a school email. Verify a .edu email address and you'll get 20% off the monthly plan, plus an extra 10% off the quarterly plan — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
